Career Check-Up – $750
You want to make sure you’re in the best possible position to launch something new, and you want to do it quickly. We’ll start with a 90 minute telephone call to explore the current state of your life and career. During the session, we’ll take a look at your skills, resume, and expertise. Together we’ll make changes and develop a plan to increase your professional presence. One week after we work together you’ll have a resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile that reflects your skills and strengths and can position you for your next move. You’ll also feel more confident about what you have to offer and how you can add value to an employer. For 30 days after our call, I provide ongoing support via e-mail.
Clean Sweep – $1,250
You’re ready for something completely different, and you want to take your time to figure it out. We’ll look at the current state of your career, the desired state of your career, and develop a road map to help you get where you need to be. Over a 3-month period, we’ll have three 90 minute phone sessions, where we’ll take a look at your skills, resume, social networking presence, and expertise, and make the changes to put you in the best possible light. Between calls, we’ll continue the discussions via weekly email accountability sessions. 90 minute sessions can be scheduled at your convenience, and they need to be used within 3 months.
Focused Care – $250
You have a problem or concern, and you want to sit down and focus on one thing and get it done. A Focused Care session covers one issue – typically, a resume and cover letter for a specific job you want, a practice interview session, or a strategy session around salary negotiation techniques. Whatever your issue, we’ll spend 60 minutes together and come up with strategies to conquer your problem and achieve your goal.
LinkedIn Makeover and Strategy Session – $225
LinkedIn is an amazing social media connector that recruiters and hiring managers say is essential to your job search or career change. I’ll help you create or update your LinkedIn profile so people can find you, and you’ll feel more confident connecting to others. Learn how to raise your professional visibility by being active on LinkedIn in just 15 minutes a week, and increase your chances of having people approach you with opportunities.
Baseline Assessment – $225
Not really sure what you need? Wondering what your skills are and how they apply to the working world? In this session you’ll take an online skills assessment and receive a detailed report and learn about your strengths and the best ways to use them at work.
